Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain Management

Physician

Single Physician Practice with Clinic and attached ASC

Office Hours are : 8 : 00 - 4 : 30 Monday through Friday.

It is an Interventional Pain Management practice. Designed to calm patients in

pain as well as a highly trained staff that has produced only 5 Star Google

ratings to date.

Payor Mix : Third party insures and Medicare. We don't take Medicaid. Patient

Population is Predominantly Middle to Upper Economic status.

Anticipated Patient Volume : 25 patients per day

entertainment. This includes professional baseball, soccer and hockey teams.

Broadway acts as well as first run performers. Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
