Summary

GeneDx is seeking an experienced Epic analyst to support Epic Aura integrations from build through post go-live support. You will join the cross-functional Epic Aura team, owning and maintaining GeneDx's Epic application, ensuring configuration, security, and user requirements meet end users and business needs. You will be a key player in customer integration projects, enabling setup, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle as well as post-live production support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Epic Aura application needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and operational teams, as well as other Epic specialists, to troubleshoot, identify, and solve issues with Epic integrations.
• Guide workflow design, build and test the system, and analyze other technical issues associated with Epic software.
• Work with Epic representatives, GeneDx teammates, and customers to ensure the system meets project deliverables and timeline.
• Enable smooth customer integration projects by establishing and maintaining documentation about the Epic implementation.
• Assist other team members in completing and evaluating build for Epic Aura.
