You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the physical aspects of our properties to meet safety and comfort standards. Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct property inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Ensure that common areas and grounds are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.
• Support the property management team in day-to-day operations.
