About this role

Our client is redefining how companies and governments interact around the world. Our AI platform matches companies to government contract opportunities they are most likely to win - these companies make critical defense components from seatbelts, to diving tanks, to loitering munitions. We're backed by top defense investors, growing 60% MoM, and serving the fastest-growing defense companies as customers.

The government puts out a firehose of data every day, outlining what they bought and the capabilities they want to buy. You will be our Founding Engineer for building the pipeline to make this data useful, as well as talking to our users to see what's the best way to browse and interpret this data.

Who we're looking for

• Knows how to build AI Agents and utilize LLMs effectively
• Has confidence to present to (and get roasted by) our customers
• Works in-person at our San Francisco office
• Has a passion for solving mission-critical national security problems
• Builds intuitive UIs with React & NextJS
• Tech stack - Next.js, Python, React, AI Agents
• Is willing to learn and iterate quickly

0 - 7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, ideally 70 / 30 backend / frontend leaning, but can work comfortably across the stack
