Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications :
1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity for at least 1 year.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in challenging situations.
5. Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
