Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity in the Rocky Mountain Corridor

Location : Wyoming

Position Highlights :

Team Structure :

  • Join a cohesive team of 5 cardiologists, including 2 interventional and 3 general cardiologists, along with a dedicated CT-Surgeon at the hospital.
  • Enjoy an unrestricted scope of practice with no competition for interventional or peripheral vascular procedures.

Path to Partnership :

  • Benefit from a transparent 2-year pathway to partnership within a private practice model, free from managed care constraints.

    • Patient Care :

  • Focus on a diverse patient base within a 500,000-person draw area, supported by a collaborative and dedicated team.

    • Full Scope Interventional Role :

    Procedures :

  • Perform over 200 PCIs and 75+ PVs annually. Manage 75-100 STEMIs per year, with the potential to handle some structural cases.

    • Facilities :

  • Work at a well-equipped clinic just 2 blocks from a 217-bed hospital, featuring 2 cath labs, a hybrid suite, and an incoming EP lab. Benefit from advanced nuclear and echo imaging systems.

    • Call Schedule :

  • Enjoy a balanced call schedule of 1 : 3, ensuring a manageable workload and ample time for personal life.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

    Salary :

  • Competitive guaranteed salary of $700K for the first 2 years, with additional production-based incentives and a sign-on bonus. Current providers earn over $1 million annually.

    • PTO and Retirement :

  • Generous 30 days of PTO and a robust pension plan with annual contributions of $45K.
