To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Policy Operations tech team in Spain .

You'll focus on reimagining the post-sales experience of insurance policies, turning the typically dry and clunky into something seamless, human and, yes, even delightful. Your work will touch millions of customers and make insurance feel a little less like...insurance!

What youll do

  • Prioritization and Planning : work with development teams and stakeholders to prioritize and plan the next problem to solve
  • Product Delivery : collaborate with a cross-functional, agile team to ship valuable and user-centric solutions
  • Stakeholder Management : gather insights, balance perspectives and keep everyone aligned and informed
  • Strategy : contribute to product strategy in collaboration with domain leaders, shaping the roadmap and vision

What were looking for

  • Product-minded : 3+ years of experience building software products with tangible impact
  • Analytical and pragmatic : you break down problems, back up decisions with data and keep your eye on the outcome
  • Agile-savvy : comfortable driving product development with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Clear communicator : able to convey ideas across disciplines and cultures; fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Adaptable : you roll with change, stay curious and push yourself (and your team) to keep improving
  • Tech-comfortable : youve worked with complex systems and can navigate technical conversations with ease

  • Global perspective : experience working across multiple markets or culturally diverse teams
  • Insurance know-how : familiarity with the insurance industry or other regulated sectors
