ROLE : Head of Social Media
This is a hands-on and high-visibility role owning the brand’s organic social presence across TikTok, IG, and YouTube.
QUALIFICATIONS :
~3–6+ years of social media experience at a DTC or consumer brand preferred
~ Strong video-first creator instincts (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
~ Experience using CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.
~ Fast-paced, creative problem-solver with great instincts for storytelling
~ Comfortable jumping into comment threads, trend cycles, and customer DMs
~ Solid calendar and content planning skills; knows how to ladder content into growth metrics
