Customer Service Representative - Waukesha

We’re working with a manufacturing comany seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity offering stability, collaboration, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage high-volume order entry (hundreds daily) and customer inquiries via email / ticketing system

Verify pricing, availability, and process orders in SAP (preferred)

Research technical information using manuals or blueprints

Coordinate with internal teams (Production Control, Purchasing, Engineering)

Handle quotes, delivery notes, and warranty claims

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Qualifications :

3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint; Power BI a plus

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure

Location : Waukesha, WI (Onsite)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
