Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Solar Sales Person to join our internal sales team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for selling solar to potential customers during in-house and virtual appointments.
  • The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential customers via phone calls, email, and other communication channels
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for solar consultations
  • Sell solar to potential customers during in-house and virtual appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers
  • Follow up with leads to ensure they are ready for their appointment
  • Utilize a variety of sales tactics to close deals and exceed targets Qualifications :
  • No sales experience necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Performance-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
