Assistant Escrow Internship

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Escrow Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in both escrow accounting and transaction processing , providing exposure to the financial and operational aspects of real estate transactions. You will work closely with escrow officers, accounting teams, and branch staff to ensure accurate and timely handling of funds and agreements. This position will be full time during the summer 2026 internship program.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Process disbursements, deposits, and checks for escrow transactions.
• Match and reconcile check deposits with transaction records.
• Initiate and manage stop payments when necessary.
• Handle miscellaneous accounting tasks related to escrow closings.
• Aggregate and review financial data for accuracy and compliance.
