Defined Role : The Resident Experience Manager is responsible for enhancing the overall living experience for residents by fostering a welcoming and engaging community environment. This role involves managing resident relations, organizing community events, and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.

Work Environment : Position is primarily located in a well-lit office environment.

Mental / Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is primarily sitting at a desk utilizing a computer.
