Summary of Position : Reporting to the Chief Program Officer ("CPO"), the Executive Vice President -Mid-Atlantic ("EVP") provides senior leadership and management direction for the Mid-Atlantic Region (Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and includes Alabama).
A highly experienced senior leader, the EVPW is results driven, advancing YAP's strategic priorities in the areas of organizational and financial growth, service excellence, external relationships, and talent management.
The EVP maintains a reputation as a credible and knowledgeable colleague who is mission focused, strategically oriented for financial and program growth, total quality improvement, and service excellence.

As a member of the National Leadership team, the EVP maintains a reputation as a trusted colleague and knowledgeable professional who is focused on mission, strategic focus, critical decision-making, a developer of talent, and an effective communicator on behalf of the organization.
Annual Salary : $84,138 to $134,621
