Customer Service Associate

We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions at the cash register, and maintaining security of cash and company assets. You'll also keep the store well-stocked, ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment, and maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Other duties may be assigned.

Skills and Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
