About The Position

Family Health Center -

  • Full Time
  • schedule options : Work either 4 days a week for 10-hour shifts or 5 days a week for 8-hour shifts

  • Average Patients seen : 20-24
  • Call Schedule : 3 calls per week
  • Loan Repayment

  • You'll be part of a collaborative, team-based care model
  • Provide healthcare and health management for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat or appropriately refer to health problems for the patient population
