Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist Follow-up 1 (Patient Account Representative 1).

Key Responsibilities

Process and document transactions on insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues

Communicate with staff and insurance companies to facilitate timely processing of account transactions

Perform quality assurance reviews and prioritize accounts to maximize aged accounts receivable resolution

Required Qualifications

Two years of recent experience in billing or collecting healthcare accounts, or four years of general collection or customer service experience

Ability to work with a diverse team and customer base

Accurate data entry skills and ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office

Certification as a Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) required within 18 months of hire
