Assembly Technician

World class leader in fluid purification systems is seeking an Assembly Technician to become an integral part of our production team!

Duties & Responsibilities

• General mechanical assembly of various fluid power components and systems.
• General assembly of electrical components, motors, valves, and controls.
• Assemble and kit components and subsystems using written and visual instructions as necessary while verifying accuracy.
• Stainless steel hydraulic tube bending.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and other written instructions and diagrams to perform tasks at hand.
• Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
• Assist with general equipment maintenance, shop cleanup, facility maintenance, etc.
• Willingness to cross-train as back-up in other areas of manufacturing / fabrication facility as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Position Working Environment :

This is a 40 hour / week, full-time position (7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM, Monday – Friday).

Work Location : In person.

Manufacturing environment. Exposure to environments containing dust, machine noise, and welding equipment. Frequent standing, walking, and lifting loads under 75 pounds.
