Senior Finance Manager

You will report directly to the CFO of Intelligrated and you will work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health and strategic direction of our company, contributing to sustainable growth and ensuring that our financial operations align with our corporate goals. You will work with cutting-edge technology and be encouraged to think creatively to solve complex financial challenges and be a change leader for the finance department. Key responsibilities include : ensuring that all financial activities adhere to local and international regulations and standards, developing and maintaining advanced financial models to support new commercial deals, monitoring and optimizing the company's cash flow, implementing cost control measures across the organization, overseeing financial systems and tools, and leading, mentoring, developing, and growing a dynamic, global team of finance professionals. You must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles, strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills, excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance, and exceptional leadership and team management skills. Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. We value a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
