In this role, you will troubleshoot and support IT systems, resolve technical issues, and provide proactive assistance to ensure our clients' technology runs smoothly. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, minimizing downtime, and strengthening the company's reputation as a trusted IT partner. This is an in-office, full-time position located in Jacksonville, Florida, offering a competitive salary and exciting opportunities.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Organized, methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role troubleshooting small to medium-sized business information technology
• Proven track record of consistently hitting top KPI metrics
• Excellent desktop troubleshooting skills
• Strong, hands-on experience directly supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Proficiency with networks and servers
• Passion for the customer experience and delighting your clients
• High school diploma
