Transaction Advisory Services Manager

RSM is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager in New York City with Financial Services / Fintech vertical expertise. The TAS Manager works closely with our clients we serve, Directors, C-level leadership, and other team members to provide financial and operational analysis of US and international businesses for our clients. The Transaction Advisory Services Line offers our clients assistance with buy side due diligence, sell-side due diligence, and working capital assistance.

Responsibilities :

• Performs financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring and divesting businesses
• Participates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis
• Prepares detailed financial analyses to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements
• Uses various software tools as designated by the firm
• Interacts with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practices
• Assists in preparing proposals and engagement letters
• Represents the firm in community activities and professional associations

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range : $101,000 - $203,000 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
