Key Responsibilities
Review applications for quality according to program guidance
Assess and verify applicant documentation for accuracy and compliance
Maintain data in program tracking systems for reporting and statistics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate or Bachelor's degree in social services or a relevant field; OR
At least 2+ years of relevant experience in quality control or case management
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience with case management portals is a plus
