About the Role

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the technical aspects of the enterprise sales cycle. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. As a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, you will help shape the future of enterprise solutions by showcasing the value of our SaaS platform and ensuring seamless transitions to post-sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that address customer needs and highlight the value of our solutions.
  • Educate evaluation teams on the product’s capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions.
  • Lead InfoSec and architectural discussions to address technical requirements and compliance needs. Able to understand the nuances of structured and unstructured data and use cases for Private RAG solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft accurate and persuasive responses to RFPs.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify customer challenges, propose solutions, and quantify business value.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales Customer Success and Services teams for implementation and ongoing support.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align product capabilities with customer expectations and market demands.

Success in this role looks like

  • Consistently delivering high‑quality product demonstrations and workshops that lead to successful deal closures.
  • Building strong relationships with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the product by providing actionable feedback to Product Management and Engineering.

    • Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, APIs, Generative AI, and workflow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and how technology can drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise customers.
  • Experience in presales or solution engineering roles with a track record of contributing to license deal wins.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and articulate the value of tailored solutions.

    • Salary

    $195,000 - $225,000 USD
