This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technical excellence in pre-sales and customer engagements for large-scale enterprise solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client challenges, design tailored solutions, and deliver high-impact Proof of Value demonstrations. The position requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and outstanding communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, from IT operators to C-level executives. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes, shaping customer adoption, and enhancing overall solution value. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on achieving measurable results while fostering long-term client relationships.
Accountabilities
- Lead interactive pre-sales discovery sessions, assessing client technology, operational, and business requirements.
- Develop and present tailored technical solutions and Proof of Value (POV) demonstrations.
- Serve as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic account objectives.
- Partner with field engineering teams to optimize technical execution and ensure consistent customer experiences.
- Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in regional marketing events, conferences, and training sessions as a subject matter expert.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and partners to support long-term success.
- Act as a central point in the sales model, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve the customer lifecycle.
- Travel 25–50% to engage with clients and prospects in person.
Requirements
4+ years of operational and / or software pre-sales experience in IT security, endpoint operations, or related fields.2+ years in customer-facing roles or client support positions.Demonstrated success in technical selling and solution design for large enterprise environments.Strong experience presenting technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.Broad knowledge of IT operations, security, and compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience in one or more areas : Endpoint Security, IT Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance.Familiarity with scripting languages and modern enterprise software architectures.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong team-oriented and mission-first attitude.BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.Critical thinking skills and the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives from conception to successful outcome.Benefits
