• Position Summary CIG Communities is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a property.
• This role ensures the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment while managing inventory, scheduling vendors, and ensuring high-quality work.
• Reporting directly to the Community Manager , the Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in OSHA compliance, handling service requests, and maintaining HVAC systems.
