Consulting Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute the commercial plan for assigned book of business, managing team P&L

Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Client Associates to achieve performance metrics

Develop deep knowledge of clients' business strategies to maximize relationships and identify sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and experience in expert networking, primary research, or financial services

3-5 years of account management experience with a sizable book of business

Prior experience in Private Equity, Consulting, or Buy Side Asset Management preferred

Experience in people management and team leadership

Proficiency in account management tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft PowerBI
