We’re looking for a Human Resources Representative who’s organized, friendly, and enjoys helping others. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our HR team - handling day-to-day operations, supporting new hires, and keeping our systems and records accurate and up to date.
What You’ll Do :
No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include :
- Supporting daily HR operations - data entry, document prep, scheduling, and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Being the go-to person for employee questions about policies, benefits, and systems - always responding with professionalism and care.
- Helping new employees get started - from background checks and onboarding paperwork to training and system setup in ADP or Procore.
- Making sure all HR files and records are organized, compliant, and up to date.
- Assisting with HR projects like process improvements, audits, and policy rollouts.
- Preparing reports and HR data for management to help track workforce trends and support decision-making.
- Coordinating training sessions, team activities, and other HR-related events.
- Always maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive, respectful workplace culture.
- Jumping in to help with other HR duties or projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring :
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing great work and enjoys being part of a team that supports others.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.Experience : 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative work, or customer service - ideally in a company with multiple locations or field-based teams.Skills :Great attention to detail and organization.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).Comfortable using HRIS systems like ADP, Procore, or NetSuite.Bonus Points : Bilingual in English and Spanish - this helps us better support our diverse workforce!Personality : Reliable, friendly, and eager to learn. You know how to balance professionalism with approachability and can handle confidential information with care.Physical Requirements :
