Tax Data Specialist

A company is looking for a Tax Data Specialist responsible for maintaining tax profile data for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for tax profile and inquiries, providing outstanding service to customers

Manage cases for assigned customer teams, ensuring professional and timely responses

Maintain and update customer tax profiles in internal systems, including tax rates and account information

Required Qualifications

Payroll tax experience; outsourcing experience preferred

Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience)

Working knowledge of multistate tax jurisdiction

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
