Position Type : Temporary
Department : Accounting / Finance
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $30.00 / hour
Start Date : December 1, 2025
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and process biweekly payroll
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger
- Maintain petty cash and gift card inventory
- Record daily deposits and support audit preparation
- Oversee fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Prepare monthly financial statements and sales tax filings
