Job Summary : The Inventory Planner at BEDGEAR plays a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels in all facilities. This position oversees material planning supply analysis and procurement coordination to ensure the right materials are available to meet production schedules and customer demand. Partnering closely with Forecasting and Planning Manufacturing and Logistics the Inventory Planner drives accuracy visibility and efficiency in the supply chain while identifying continuous improvement opportunities through KPI reporting and analytics.

Inventory Planning & Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods across multiple facilities to support production and fulfillment.
• Develop monitor and execute inventory strategies aligned with sales forecasts product lifecycles and business growth initiatives.
• Track and report daily and weekly inventory performance identifying gaps overages and at-risk materials.
• Minimize obsolete and excess stock by managing lifecycle transitions SKU rationalization and safety stock requirements.
• Partner with Sales Marketing and Operations to align promotional activities and product launches with available inventory.
