Duration : 6+ months with possible extension or conversion

Pay range : $57 / hr - $59 / hr

Schedule : Mon – Fri

Job Description :

The Total Rewards Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing close activities for the Total Rewards Accounting Team. This includes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with SOX regulations, internal policies, and US GAAP. The role involves substantiating balance sheet accounts, preparing fluctuation analyses, and collaborating with corporate, regional, and local teams to meet key deliverables. Additionally, the role supports financial analysis and works to enhance the customer experience for key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in accounting roles
  • Proficient with SAP and Blackline systems
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues across processes and departments
  • Passionate about business process improvement and operational excellence
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to shifting business priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Skilled in business process analysis and implementing effective solutions

Education :

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
