Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced candidate in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Solution to lead large-scale implementations and provide strategic direction for multi-country rollouts. This role requires deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM modules, system architecture, and integration best practices.
Must-Have
Lead large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations, ensuring successful deployment and optimization.
Act as Solution Architect for UKG Pro WFM Dimensions implementations across multiple countries.
Proven track record in end-to-end implementation : requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout, and hypercare.
Define system architecture aligned with business needs and drive technical excellence throughout the implementation.
Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules : Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, Device Manager.
Skilled in customizing modules to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency.
Experience integrating UKG Pro WFM with other enterprise systems for streamlined processes and data accuracy.
Deep expertise in WFM best practices and systems integration.

Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting
Accruals
Analytics & Reports
Dell Boomi Integration
Device & Mobile Configuration
Compliance
Configure and troubleshoot UKG Pro modules : Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, Activities.
Design integrations using Dell Boomi and other platforms, following best practices and customer priorities.
Knowledge of product configuration : work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules, etc.
Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed.
Deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
Good-to-Have
UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred).
Experience as a solution architect for Kronos WFC.
Self-starter, adaptable, and able to understand functional and technical requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong learner attitude with minimal supervision.
Good written and oral communication skills; strong team player.
Strong communication and presentation skills to manage customer expectations effectively.
