We are seeking skilled technicians to join our team to work on pipe crews. As a Utilities Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks to install, repair, and maintain pipes for water, sanitation, and storm drains. This position involves working on new construction sites and requires a commitment to safety and precision.

Responsibilities

• Use tools to dig for pipes to run underground.
• Position pipes, measure and cut them to size, and align them in pipeline sections.
• Connect pipes using techniques specific to the site development job field.
• Test pipes for leaks and ensure they are properly aligned and graded.
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine the layout of pipes and materials needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and work safely in all conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savannah, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
