Job descriptionDevelop and manage project schedules and budgets to meet client expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout project execution. Monitor project progress and resolve any challenges or delays that arise. Prepare and present regular reports on project status to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. A strong background in project management within the construction industry. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams. A commitment to safety and quality standards in all projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $140000 annually. $1,200 / month vehicle allowance. Carpenter Union benefits for comprehensive coverage. All local work with no travel required. Highly lucrative bonus earning potential.
