Position Summary :
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies across multiple sites to meet goals, drive operational excellence, and support organizational growth. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a high-performing team, implement scalable processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and maintain company targets through effective recruiting strategies.
- Set and communicate daily priorities and expectations across multiple sites.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruiting metrics and team performance.
- Create and manage job postings in the ATS and on external job boards.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team weekly to align on priorities and organizational changes.
- Interview, hire, and onboard recruiting staff for the assigned region.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the recruiting team.
- Oversee offer letter creation, employee placement in ATS, and deployment / transfer documentation for internal hires.
- Develop and manage growth plans for team members, including promotions and compensation adjustments.
- Facilitate daily recruiting stand-ups and weekly onboarding / training sessions.
- Generate and maintain weekly resource management reports and audit project management tools.
- Conduct weekly one-on-ones with Recruiters and monthly check-ins.
- Lead recruiting operations for new site launches, including travel, community outreach, job fairs, and coordination with marketing.
- Participate in project planning and client visits to support new business initiatives.
Qualifications :
Minimum (5) years of recruiter / talent acquisition partner or staffing agency recruitment management experience in a full cycle environment. Healthcare industry, Preferred.Strong leadership and people management skills.Exceptional client relationship-building abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Specialized in data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics.Proficient in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.Skilled in candidate and req management.Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills.Strong knowledge & ability to communicate on industry trends and market conditions with Hiring Leaders.Expert in negotiation and closing techniques.
