Serve as a communication liaison between facilities, patients, family members, and the clinical staff to ensure all preoperative needs are met.
Maintain accurate patient tracking, preoperative readiness logs, and facility outreach documentation.
OBL Surgical Day Support
Provide on-site support during OBL surgical days, assisting with patient transport, pre-procedure preparation, and post-procedure transitions.
Support inventory management and equipment setup under the direction of the OBL Site Manager and clinical team.
Assist with patient flow and communication throughout the surgical day, ensuring timeliness and smooth transitions.
Uphold all clinical and safety protocols to maintain compliance with Integra Vascular’s procedural standards.
Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring comfort, clarity, and professionalism throughout the experience.
Ongoing Communication & Reporting
Maintain regular communication with the Director of Clinical Operations regarding scheduling progress, patient readiness, and facility updates.
Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements for pre- and post-surgical coordination.
Participate in ongoing training and performance evaluations to ensure continuous growth and alignment with Integra Vascular’s mission.
