Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-I to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Lehigh Acres, 33971.

This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location : Lehigh Acres, FL, 33971

Schedule : Monday - Friday 6 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm with rotational Saturdays 6 : 00 -10 : 00 am (40hours / week)

Pay Range : $17.75 - $19.75 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.
• Ensure proper identification of patients before blood collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
