Key Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
Provide telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
Document enrollment requests and maintain proficiency in program policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Basic understanding of a call center environment
Ability to establish effective working relationships
Background and drug screening required
Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
