Graphic Designer

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a  Graphic Designer  to support the creative needs of our local office. This role will focus on developing print and digital materials that market commercial properties support broker pursuits and build brand recognition in the local market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and takes pride in delivering polished on-brand creative work. You will report to the Local Strategic Marketing Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design a wide range of marketing materials including property flyers brochures offering memorandums tour books pitch decks signage social graphics and email templates.
• Collaborate closely with brokers and local marketing team members to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure that all creative output aligns with Streams brand guidelines while allowing for local customization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Prepare and package files for print and digital production.
• Retouch and enhance photos for use in marketing collateral.
• Maintain and organize project files design assets and templates in accordance with local and national best practices.
• Stay current on design trends and production techniques to continuously improve work quality.
