In this role, you'll provide expert care to patients managing seasonal allergies, asthma, eczema, food / environmental sensitivities, and more. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside experienced physicians and supportive colleagues.

🩺 What You’ll Do

Conduct thorough allergy assessments, including patient history & physical exams

Diagnose & manage acute / chronic allergic conditions (rhinitis, asthma, urticaria, anaphylaxis)

Order, perform & interpret allergy tests : skin testing, labs, spirometry, etc.

Create individualized treatment plans, including allergen immunotherapy

Educate patients & families on avoidance strategies, medications, and lifestyle care

Collaborate with primary care & specialty providers to deliver seamless care

Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Follow infection control & safety standards

Participate in quality initiatives & ongoing learning 📘✨

🎓 Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP program

Active New York NP license

National NP certification (FNP, ANP, or equivalent)

Allergy / Immunology experience strongly preferred

2+ years NP clinical experience (1+ in allergy or related field preferred)

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Strong communication, clinical judgment & organizational skills
