POSITION SUMMARY :
Remington & Vernick Engineers is looking for a NICET IV / Resident Engineer Certified Professional with expertise of managing heavy highway / bridge construction projects, and a construction inspection team. This professional will be responsible for the project record keeping, correspondence, compiling, reviewing, and delivery of required daily inspection reports. The ideal candidate will chair various project meetings, record and prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes. This individual will need to be well experienced in bridges, highways and have an extensive background in construction especially with clients such as NJDOT, the NJTA, DRPA, and DRJTBC.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has supervisory responsibility. The RE shall be capable of managing a 3+ CM / CI staff
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works primarily in the field and may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Work requires full range of motion and ambulation, climbing ladders or crawling in tight spaces. Requires technology and computer use to file project, time, and expense reports. May occasionally require lifting up to 25 pounds. Travel to worksites and regional offices worksites will be required.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position in the United States is $94,000 - $122,200 . This range represents a good faith estimate and is based on factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. The range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across all U.S. locations.
Within this range, individual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, education, and training.
