Senior Security Administrator

A company is looking for a Senior Security Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ongoing policy and rule configurations, health checks, and solution monitoring

Handle customer case management, including timely updates and effective escalations

Perform application reporting tasks and ensure proactive system monitoring

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in customer technical application support in large scale SAAS or managed services

2+ years of experience with Digital Guardian solutions and policy management

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field

Demonstrated fluency with Linux, OSX, and MS Windows operating systems

Familiarity with VMware / HyperV virtualization technologies
