Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with both new and existing customers, processing orders, and providing excellent service through outbound and inbound communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 40–50 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and order support.
  • Place and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and activity logs in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and referral partners.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate medical supply products.
  • Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid position : Split between working from home and in-office at our Little Rock, AR location.
  • Standard business hours, Monday–Friday.

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing (medical supply or healthcare industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and CRM skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual, with strong work ethic.
