Your primary responsibilities will include : supporting the store manager in overseeing store functions, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, training staff, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures. Requirements Qualifications for the Assistant Store Manager role include :

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting.
• Proficient in cash handling and transactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and train new staff.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical requirements include : standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. as needed.
