Peer Support Specialist III

A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

Provides customer-friendly services and engages individuals in an empathic manner

Develops and maintains peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes in individuals served

Responds promptly to service requests and inquiries from various parties in a professional manner

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

At least three (3) years of experience caring for older adults with dementia or significant medical issues

Two (2) years of experience working with dementia patients and their families

Demonstrated ability to use a computer for basic office functions

Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) preferred
