💊 Director of Pharmacy – Central Valley, CA

$180K–$200K + $15K Sign-On + Relocation Support

We’re partnering with a community hospital in California’s Central Valley (about 90 minutes from the Bay Area) that’s looking for a hands-on Director of Pharmacy to lead their team and shape the future of patient care.

This isn’t a desk job — it’s a working Director position for someone who still loves being part of the clinical action while guiding a small but mighty pharmacy team.

• Lead a close-knit department (2 FT Pharmacists + Techs + PRN)
• Monday–Friday schedule with limited weekend coverage rotation

• Competitive salary range of $180K–$200K + $15K sign-on (paid over 2 years)
