We're currently seeking a Lead Pizza Counter Specialist to be the face of our front-of-house operations and help drive the energy, efficiency, and excellence we're known for.

Counter and Oven Experience : You know how to handle a busy pizza counter with confidence. If you've worked with a pizza oven, even better.
Team Player : Calm under pressure, clear communicator, and always ready to jump in and support the team.
Hospitality Mindset : You truly enjoy connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment.
Attention to Detail : You understand that it's the small things that turn a good service into a great one.
Positive Energy : Your attitude sets the tone for both guests and the team.
What You'll Do :
Take and process orders quickly and accurately while maintaining a friendly, upbeat attitude.
Manage counter flow to ensure smooth service and satisfied guests.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
Represent the brand by engaging with guests and creating a memorable experience.
Learn the menu inside and out, offer thoughtful recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
