About the Role
We are supporting a major digital modernization initiative for a Texas state agency focused on building a Salesforce-based Grant Management System. We are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner / Certified Salesforce Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, manage backlog, collaborate closely with technical teams, and support a key public-sector implementation.
Ideal candidates have experience in Government Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), or grant systems , and are comfortable working with stakeholders, SMEs, development teams, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering with business stakeholders
- Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Partner with architects, SMEs, developers, and project leadership
- Support UAT, sprint ceremonies, feature validation, and release processes
- Document and map business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, and architectural standards
Required Skills
