Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager manages the Accounting team and is responsible for supporting the Director of Accounting in closing the books, managing the Accounts Payable (AP) process, and handling technical accounting duties.

Responsibilities :

The Accounting Manager manages the monthly closing process to ensure deadlines are met , which involves preparing and reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. They are also responsible for managing the payment process, including approving ACH batch payments , and handling the filing and management of sales tax returns and VAT reports in Europe. Furthermore, the manager serves as the Finance and Operations Administrator for NetSuite , managing the relationship with Oracle and supporting its various functions, including GL setup and inventory item backups.

Working hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills : NetSuite Experience.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Great communication skills.

Supervisory experience.

CPA and master's degree.

Public Accounting Experience

Education : Bachelors

Experience : 4-7 years

Qualifications : Bachelor???s Degree.

5+ years of accounting experience.

General knowledge of US GAAP.

Management Experience.

Experience with reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts

Ability to work with 3rd parties on providing information and receiving information

Create Journal entries
