The City of Hemet is accepting continuous applications for Police Officer-Lateral - HIRING BONUS ELIGIBLE.

Hiring Bonus Eligibility Requirements :

• An applicant must be employed as a California full-time police officer with at least three (3) consecutive years of street / patrol experience at the time of application.
• The experience must be from a California POST-certified Police or Sheriff's Department.
• The following do not count towards the experience requirement :
• Street / Patrol experience outside California
• Military police experience
• Correctional officer experience
• Sheriff's deputy working at a county jail or state prison

No break in service
