Overview

As the SIOP Manager for Utilimaster (Aebi Schmidt Group Brand) based in Bristol, IN , you will be instrumental in developing and managing all scheduling functions with a focus on Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) across multiple sites.

In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to boost operational efficiency, forecast demand, and ensure timely execution of production plans. Under the guidance of the Director of Materials & Fabrication, you will be tasked with refining our planning methodology and ensuring results that translate into strong business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and manage master production schedules across sites, deriving from the business plan using all departments as input

Forecast demand trends in collaboration with Sales & Marketing

Coordinate schedule changes with cross-functional teams

Translate monthly SIOP plans into weekly MPS within ERP systems

Monitor schedule adherence, capacity, and inventory metrics

Lead reporting and resolution of MRP processing errors

Serve as SME for ERP planning and scheduling modules

Approve sales configuration changes that impact production

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, preferred

8+ years of planning, scheduling, or materials management expertise in a manufacturing environment

Strong Excel skills

Leadership and delegation experience

A reputation for communicating effectively across all levels

Familiarity with ERP and inventory systems

What makes you stand out

Experience with Aurora or Plex ERP systems

APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification
